Role & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose ocular pathologies, and prescribe treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients.
Perform routine and complex surgical procedures including cataract, glaucoma, and refractive surgeries, adhering to clinical best practices.
Interpret diagnostic imaging (OCT, fundus photography, visual fields) and coordinate with optometrists and specialists for integrated care.
Document patient records accurately, track outcomes, and comply with clinical and hospital regulatory protocols.
Lead community outreach and rural screening programs to expand preventive eye care access in the Ajmer region.




Stay current with emerging ophthalmic technologies and protocols through continuous education and peer collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MBBS with MD/DNB/DO in Ophthalmology
Valid registration with State Medical Council
Proficiency in cataract surgery (MSICS/Phaco)
Experience with slit-lamp, tonometry, and fundus examination
Skills in managing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma cases
Ability to work in high-volume outpatient and surgical settings
Preferred
Experience with LASIK or refractive surgery
Fellowship in retinal, corneal, or pediatric ophthalmology
Fluency in Hindi and Rajasthani dialects
