Chemico Valves Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Valves catering to Government Departments, PSUs, EPC Contractors, Water Treatment Plants, Steel Plants, Power Plants, and Industrial Projects across India.

Job Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, Tender Tiger, state e-procurement portals, and other tender websites.
Handle complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, accounts, and production departments for tender requirements.
Upload bids on GeM and other e-tender portals.
Manage EMD, Bank Guarantees, and tender-related documentation.




Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender requirements when necessary.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, orders received, and tender status reports.
Follow up with customers regarding tender results and order processing.
Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted before deadlines. Tender executives commonly manage end-to-end bid preparation, portal monitoring, documentation, compliance, and timely submissions.

Pay: ₹15,646.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
