Public Relations Officer / Healthcare - Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements :
Background in Hospital/Healthcare Preferred
Age :25 - 35 years :
Must reside within 5 - 9 km radius of Kharadi :

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
Coordinate between therapists, reception, and housekeeping.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and duty rosters.
Address patient concerns and ensure positive patient experience.
Supervise accurate billing and ensure timely payment collection (consultations, sessions, packages).
Follow up on pending payments and maintain daily revenue records.
Monitor documentation compliance and therapy records.




Track inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Submit daily and monthly operational reports to management.

Qualification: Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Healthcare Administration / Hospital Management
Business Administration (BBA / MBA preferred)

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
