Customer Care Executive (Chat Support) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Pay : ₹26,000 - ₹30,000 per month + ₹2,000 performance incentives

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a chat support role. In this position, you will assist customers through chat, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries via chat
Provide explicit and accurate responses
Maintain professional written communication
Meet quality and productivity targets

Qualifications :
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Valuable typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer skills

Work Schedule :
9.5-hour shift (including breaks)
5 days per week
Rotational shifts and week offs
