Key responsibilities
Procurement strategy and planning : Develop and implement purchasing strategies that meet project requirements, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Vendor management :
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and subcontractors based on reliability, quality, and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors.
Purchase order management : Prepare and issue purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring all details like payment terms and compliance with company policies are included.
Cost control : Manage and control costs related to purchasing, and stay within the project budget.
Inventory management : Coordinate with sites to manage current inventory levels and plan for future requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Compliance and documentation : Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, and maintain proper documentation.
Market research :



Proactively research the market to identify current suppliers, materials, and equipment, staying updated on industry standards and specifications.

Required skills and qualifications
Experience : Previous experience as a purchase manager in the real estate or construction industry is crucial.
Skills : Robust negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Knowledge :
A thorough understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment is required.
Knowledge of purchasing systems and legal compliance is necessary.
Software proficiency : Proficiency in software tools like ERP systems (e.g., Farvision) and Microsoft Office is often required

Salary-Upto 8 LPA

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
