Job Opening: South Indian Main Chef

Location : Borivali Mumbai Experience : Minimum 5+ Years Salary : 40,000 to 45,000 in Hand + Service Charge & Tip

Responsibilities :
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with expertise in Benne Dosa and Kanchipuram Idli :
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Manage kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards
Handle preparation, cooking, and plating efficiently during peak hours
Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Train and guide junior kitchen staff if required

Requirements :
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef / Main Chef
Must have hands-on expertise in Benne Dosa & Kanchipuram Idli preparation
Knowledge of traditional South Indian spices, batters,



and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen workplace
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Preferred Skills :
Experience in high-volume restaurants or specialty South Indian kitchens
Multi-cuisine knowledge is an added advantage
Team handling experience preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
