Job Profile - Mother Teacher (GSEB Gujarati Medium Primary Section)

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare lesson plans and teaching-learning materials.
Create a positive, secure, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student well-being.
Conduct regular assessments, classwork, and homework evaluation.
Monitor and record students' academic and behavioral progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
Organize co-curricular activities, projects, and classroom events.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and life skills among students.
Maintain student records, attendance, and other school documentation.
Participate in school functions, meetings, workshops, and training programs.
Support the holistic development of every child through guidance and counseling.

Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline.
B.Ed. preferred.
Good communication skills in Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge.
Solid classroom management and child-handling skills

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
