Job Title : US Recruiter Department : IT Location : Mohali Shift :Night Shift Employment Type :Full time
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP and IT roles across various levels and domains.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Handle different contract types including W2, C2C, and 1099 placements.
Ensure compliance with US hiring laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
1 - 3 years of recruitment experience for the US market.
Solid understanding of different employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
