Job Type : Full-Time Industry : Architectural Visualization / Creative Media Position : Sales Executive

We are a growing architectural visualization and media production company delivering high-quality 3D renders, animations, and marketing visuals for real estate developers and other industries. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can generate enquiries and convert leads through LinkedIn or connecting them directly through phone.

EXPERIENCE IS NOT OUR PRIMARY CRITERIA — CONFIDENCE AND HUNGER TO ACHIEVE RESULTS MATTER MORE.

This is in office job and no remote option would be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business enquiries using LinkedIn and other platforms
Identify and approach potential clients (developers, architects, builders, agencies)
Build and maintain a strong prospect database
Send outreach messages, follow-ups, and schedule meetings
Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities




Coordinate with internal production team for proposals
Maintain CRM and report weekly performance metrics

Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or social selling :
Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and digital networking
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Experience in real estate, architecture, media, or creative industry is a plus
