Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Accounting and US Tax positions across various levels and specializations.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified specialists.
Drive hiring closures within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices within the relevant domain.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in US Accounting and Tax hiring.
Proven success in closing niche and volume hiring mandates within the relevant domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Passionate about identifying the right talent and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple positions simultaneously.
Robust sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
