We are looking for a passionate and talented Chinese Chef to join our culinary team and bring authentic and innovative Chinese cuisine to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes with consistency and excellence.
Create and maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and food quality.
Develop new menu items and seasonal specials to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices in accordance with food safety standards.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Coordinate with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements :
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant, café, hotel, or food service establishment.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces,



wok cooking, and ingredient handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
Team-oriented attitude with strong leadership qualities.
