Job Description: IT Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
Schedule and manage technical interviews and follow-ups.
Negotiate offers and assist in the offer rollout process .
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and IT talent market .
Maintain recruitment records in ATS or HR systems .

Required Skills :
Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to evaluate technical resumes .
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
Experience recruiting for roles such as Developers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc. :
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools .

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
