Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js .
Architect and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB .
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery cycles.
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills :
Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) concepts.
Experience designing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with frontend state management (Redux/Context API).
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
Good understanding of software design patterns and clean coding practices.

Preferred Skills




Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to scalable system design and production deployments.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
Prior experience leading projects or mentoring developers is preferred.
