Job Summary Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding handover after offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.




Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in IT recruitment, including hiring for Developers, QA Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and related technical roles.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
Ability to meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
