PMS / AIF Operations Associate with 1+ year of experience in PMS/AIF operations, compliance, fund accounting, or concurrent audit required in a reputed CA firm located at Andheri , Mumbai

JD:
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to PMS and AIF entities
Review investment transactions, fund accounting records, and operational controls
Coordinate with fund administrators and fund accountants
Review NAV workings, investor capital accounts, subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls
Prepare and validate management fees, distributor fees, and performance fees

Conduct concurrent audits of PMS and AIF operations
Review compliance reports, regulatory filings, and operational documentation
Perform bank, DP, and investment reconciliations
Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and enhance operational controls
Prepare audit observations and discuss findings with management

Salary *upto Rs 6 LPA

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
