Job Title : English Faculty / Lecturer / Assistant Professor

Job Summary

The English Faculty member is responsible for teaching English language and/or literature courses, developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and contributing to the academic and institutional mission through research, service, and student mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in English language, literature, linguistics, communication, or related areas.
Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with institutional standards.
Evaluate and grade assignments, examinations, and presentations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
Support students’ academic development through advising, mentoring, and office hours.
Engage in curriculum development and periodic syllabus review.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic events.
Conduct and publish research or scholarly work.
Contribute to accreditation, assessment, and quality assurance activities.
Uphold academic integrity and inclusive teaching practices.
Perform other academic duties as assigned by the department or institution.





Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field (PhD preferred for higher ranks).
Qualified Qualification must be requried.
Demonstrated teaching competence at the relevant academic level.
Solid command of English language and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Teaching certification or pedagogical training.
Research publications or ongoing scholarly work.
Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional technology.
Experience teaching diverse or international student populations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
