Role & responsibilities
Material Procurement : Purchase raw materials, packing materials, and other items required for production as per approved requirements.
Vendor Management : Find, coordinate, and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials, reasonable pricing, and timely supply.
Price & Terms Negotiation : Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors to get the best deal for the company.
Purchase Order Handling : Prepare and issue purchase orders correctly and ensure they match the required quantity, quality, and delivery schedule.
Internal Coordination : Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth material availability for manufacturing.
Delivery Follow-up : Follow up with suppliers and transporters to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full quantity.
Inventory Support : Coordinate with the store team to monitor stock levels and avoid material shortages or excess stock.
Records & Documentation : Maintain proper records of purchase orders,



invoices, delivery challans, and vendor details.
Compliance : Ensure all purchases are made from approved vendors and meet the required quality standards.
Communication Skills : Good communication skills in English and Hindi to deal with suppliers and internal teams.
Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate prices and basic commercial terms with vendors.
MS Office Knowledge : Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Relevant Experience : Experience in a manufacturing or production-based company will be preferred.
Travel Flexibility : Willingness to visit supplier locations or warehouses if required.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
