Position Summary As a Transition Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Lead the structured transition of services, processes, and knowledge from a current operating model to a future-state delivery team—protecting business continuity, achieving operational readiness, and enabling sustained adoption. • Own the transition plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision log.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Plan and govern knowledge transfer, shadowing, reverse shadowing, training, and operational trial runs.
• Assess readiness across people, processes, technology, documentation, and governance.
• Track transition KPIs, entry and exit criteria, progress, and escalation actions.
• Drive change adoption, capability development,



and continuous service improvement.
• Communicate clearly across business and technical audiences and maintain stakeholder alignment. The team Engineering as a Service provides complete design, implementation, and technology operations, leveraging our core engineering expertise. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST Qualifications Required:
• Manager or exit-level Senior Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience managing application transitions from an incumbent vendor to a new service provider
• Proven experience owning end-to-end transition plans, including roadmap, milestones, governance, and budget management
• Experience leading knowledge transfer, shadowing, go-live, and operational readiness activities
