We are seeking a qualified and service-oriented Store Associate to represent Airtel. This role focuses on high-quality customer service, digital solution sales, and account management. This is a front-end service position located in a professional retail workplace; there are no heavy lifting or manual warehouse requirements.

Primary Responsibilities :
Service Consultation : Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate mobile, broadband, and digital television solutions.
Account Management : Execute new service activations, plan migrations, and handle SIM-related service requests.
Documentation & Compliance : Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to regulatory requirements for Digital KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
Inquiry Resolution : Provide efficient solutions for billing discrepancies and service-related concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,070.07 per month
