Job Description: Laboratory Helper

Role Objective

The Laboratory Helper provides essential support to the lab technicians and chemists. This role is focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and secure workplace while assisting in the preparation and basic testing of colorants and masterbatches.

Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Maintenance : Ensure all glassware, instruments, and testing equipment are cleaned, dried, and stored correctly after use.
Sample Preparation : Assist in weighing raw materials, preparing pigment samples, and labeling containers accurately.
Inventory Support : Monitor the stock of lab consumables (chemicals, filters, cleaning supplies) and inform the Purchase Incharge when supplies are low.
Testing Assistance : Help set up apparatus for routine tests and assist technicians in recording basic data or observations.
Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety protocols,



including the correct handling of chemicals and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Housekeeping : Keep the lab benches, floors, and storage areas free of clutter to prevent cross-contamination.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Science background is a plus).
Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for long periods and handle small equipment with precision.
Attention to Detail : Precision in weighing materials and following verbal instructions.
Safety Conscious : Awareness of basic chemical safety and hygiene.
Reliability : Punctual and disciplined in following a daily routine.

Working Conditions
Exposure to pigments, chemicals, and industrial laboratory equipment.
Standard working hours as per company policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
