Role : E-commerce Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities :
Order Processing : Daily monitoring of Amazon/Marketplace panels to download and process recent orders.
Documentation : Generating invoices, manifests, and shipping labels accurately.
Order Fulfillment : Physically picking the correct items from stock and packing them securely for transit.
Inventory Coordination : Ensuring the inventory levels are updated after packing.
Handover : Coordinating with courier partners for daily order pickups.

Requirements :
Basic computer skills (browsing, downloading files, and printing).
Ability to handle physical packing and labeling of products.
Punctuality and high attention to detail to ensure customers receive the correct items.
A positive "ready-to-learn" attitude.
