Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor wave soldering machines for PCB assembly production.
Set up and adjust machine parameters such as conveyor speed, solder temperature, wave height, and flux settings.
Load and unload PCBs for wave soldering operations.
Perform pre-soldering and post-soldering inspections to ensure product quality.
Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects such as bridges, insufficient solder, cold joints, icicles, and skips.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of wave soldering equipment.
Monitor solder pot conditions and maintain solder levels as per process requirements.
Coordinate with SMT, Production, and Quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
Support continuous improvement activities to enhance yield and reduce defects.
Follow IPC standards, ESD practices, and company safety procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
