Production In-Charge cum Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Production In-Charge cum Sales Assistant to manage day-to-day production activities and handle sales coordination through phone-based customer interaction. The role requires close coordination with the production team, office staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities - Production Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet order deadlines
Ensure productive use of raw materials and minimize wastage
Maintain production records, stock reports, and daily output reports
Coordinate with management regarding production targets and issues
Ensure basic quality checks and adherence to company standards

Sales & Office Responsibilities (Phone-Based Only)
Handle customer inquiries and sales orders through phone calls and messages
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation




Coordinate with the production team to update customers on order status
Maintain customer records, sales data, and order documentation
Support billing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales follow-ups
Assist in identifying repeat customers and maintaining long-term relationships

Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in production supervision, sales coordination, or a similar role
Good communication skills (phone handling is mandatory)
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an added advantage

Work Setting
Office and factory-based role
No field sales or outdoor travel required
Sales activities limited to phone and internal coordination only

Preferred Qualification
Diploma / Graduation in any discipline
Prior experience in sales support roles preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
