Outbound & Inbound Calling : Make proactive calls to doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and potential franchise partners.
Sales & Lead Generation : Generate new leads, explain product features, advantages, and pricing, and convert inquiries into sales.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Target Achievement : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Database Management : Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Product Promotion : Effectively communicate our pharmaceutical product range
