Required Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Freight Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator preferred.
Solid Track & Trace experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
Knowledge of dry van, reefer, flatbed, or power-only operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with ELD systems, GPS tracking, and transportation management software (TMS).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills :
Experience working with U.S. freight brokers and customers.
Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).




Ability to handle multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.
Solid negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

100% load visibility through continuous tracking.
On-time pickup and delivery performance.
Timely customer updates and proactive communication.
Accurate and complete shipment documentation.
Fast response time to driver and customer inquiries.
Reduced service failures, missed appointments, and detention.
Timely collection of PODs after delivery.

Working Hours : Willingness to work U.S. time zones

Ability to manage emergency situations outside regular working hours when necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
