About the Role

We are hiring Field Outreach Executives to support Rapido's driver onboarding and awareness campaign across Jaunpur. You will work on the ground, visiting local markets and transport hubs, connecting directly with auto and e-rickshaw drivers, and helping them get onboarded onto the Rapido platform.

This is a people-facing, outdoor role. You will be expected to be present, active, and accountable throughout your working hours. Work is tracked hourly via GPS check-ins and photo updates.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned market areas, transport hubs, and localities across Jaunpur
Connect with auto and e-rickshaw drivers and explain the Rapido onboarding process
Assist interested drivers in completing the onboarding form on mobile
Submit hourly activity updates with GPS-tagged photos to your field supervisor
Support local awareness and activation drives as directed by the team

Work Structure




Full time outdoor field role with daily movement across assigned areas
Fixed working hours with hourly check-ins via GPS and photo updates
Supervised team-based execution with a field lead on ground
Performance assessed on attendance, field activity, and quality of outreach

Who Should Apply
Comfortable with outdoor work and travel across market areas in Jaunpur
Valuable basic communication skills in Hindi and English
Freshers welcome — prior experience not required
Experience in field sales, brand promotions, surveys, or ground marketing is an advantage
Must own an Android smartphone for GPS check-ins and daily reporting

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
