• Build and manage a risk grid by area of activity, the conclusions of which are understood by the partner, allowing action plans to be prioritized according to the seriousness/occurrences observed.




• Monitor mechanical and IT incidents by activating the resources necessary for their resolution and proposing corrective solutions. Initiate and lead committees to challenge the decisions to be made.
• Respect the budget for the cost of maintenance/station, and optimize this ratio (avoid over-maintenance).
