Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections for projects.
Analyze architectural plans and perform quantity take-offs.
Procure, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
Monitor, track, and control costs throughout the project life cycle.
Review and process claims, variations, and change orders.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost control and compliance.
Check and approve contractor/ vendors bills for payment certification.
Maintain accurate project records and prepare final accounts.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required
Must have minimum 5 Years Experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management

Skills required
AutoCad, MS Office
Robust analytical, negotiation and communication skill




Knowledge of construction industry regulations and contract administration
Civil, Estimation Engineer, Estimator, Billing Engineer

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
