We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate between sales engineers and customers
Communicate with prospective customers and explain product perks
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for sales conversion
Prepare invoices and quotations




Monitor sales engineer performance and coordinate leads
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively Requirements :
Basic knowledge of computers
Robust communication skills
