Qualifications:

Education:
ITI or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace).

Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the composite manufacturing & Assembly industry is highly desirable. Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Composite Manufacturing Processes:
• Prepreg Layup: Proficient in the layup of prepreg materials, including cutting, kitting, and placement onto molds or tooling.
• Sandwich Panel Manufacturing: Skilled in the fabrication of sandwich panels, including core material selection, adhesive bonding, and skin layup.
• Resin Infusion Process: Knowledgeable in resin infusion techniques, including vacuum bagging, resin injection, and cure monitoring.
• Composite Part Assembly:
• Bonding and Integration:



Proficient in various bonding and joining techniques for composite components, including adhesive bonding, mechanical fastening, and riveting.
• Finishing and Surface Preparation: Skilled in surface preparation and finishing of composite parts to meet cosmetic and functional requirements.
• Drawing and Work Instruction Comprehension:
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
