Hiring Graduate Freshers – Field Sales Job role: Merchant Engagement & EMI Specialist

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed) Job

Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned retail outlets daily, including Electronics, Mobile & Appliance stores.
• Drive and increase EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs payment terminals.
• Guide walk-in customers about EMI financing options, offers and low-cost EMI schemes.
• Explain EMI benefits and available offers to customers and help them complete transactions.
• Train and support store staff on the usage and benefits of Pine Labs payment machines.
• Build and maintain valuable relationships with retail merchants and store teams.




• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales/transaction targets.
• Maintain regular updates and reports on store visits and EMI transactions. Requirements

Education:
Graduate
• Passing Year: 2023–2026
•

Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should not have an existing PF & ESI account.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable with field sales.
• Local language fluency is mandatory/preferred.
