This position is created to build and run that data backbone for Operations. The Senior Data Analyst will consolidate, clean, analyse, and visualise data across all Operations verticals and schemes, converting scattered, siloed information into explicit, reliable, decision-ready dashboards and reports for the VP and vertical heads. The role requires strong hands-on capability across Python, MySQL, and Power BI, combined with the judgment to identify what the data is actually indicating — including risks, anomalies, and performance gaps — well before they surface as external issues or escalations. The Analyst will work closely with all Operations units to source and validate data, and will be expected to bring analytical independence and rigour,



ensuring that reporting reflects ground reality rather than convenient narratives. Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognised institution.
• Postgraduate qualification or certification in Data Analytics/Data Science (e.g., from a recognised university or platform) preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Python, SQL, or Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification) are an advantage.
