• 1-2 years experience in the relevant field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with Google Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working 6 days a week
• Community building and handling experience is a plus
• Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure
• Prior experience with Investor Relations/Investment Banking/Startups is a plus Responsibilities Include

• Build outbound channels to sign up investor groups
- Work with investor groups to define a structure for their investments via 1stCheque.com
• Understand Investor thesis and build relationships with investors
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
• Work with the team on events to acquire and re-activate existing clients.
• Liaising with investors to help them find the perfect opportunities for their investment using call/whatsapp/email
• Consistently develop a community of investors by building rapport
