• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through customer workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Configure digital workflows, work instructions, forms, checklists, and training processes within the Augmentir platform.
• Design and develop integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain REST API-based integrations using OAuth authentication.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Augmentir solutions for performance and usability.
• Design reusable solution architectures and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Azure DevOps for work tracking and solution delivery.

• 5+ years of experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms, workflow automation solutions, or digital manufacturing applications.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions during customer workshops or discovery sessions.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise system integrations.
Experience with Confluent Cloud (Kafka) or similar event-streaming platforms.
• Valuable understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud-based application architectures.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
