Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Manager to manage field operations related to civil engineering testing, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), geotechnical investigation, and field service activities. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, team management, equipment handling, project execution, quality control, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily field operations at project sites.
- Lead field engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
- Coordinate civil engineering testing, NDT inspections, and geotechnical investigation activities.
- Supervise soil sampling, borehole drilling, soil testing, and field investigations as required.
- Ensure proper execution of concrete testing and NDT methods such as Rebound Hammer, UPV, and Cover Meter testing, wherever applicable.
- Plan site visits, manpower deployment, equipment allocation, and project schedules.
- Ensure testing instruments are maintained and calibrated as required.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and laboratory teams.




- Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety procedures, and timely completion of assignments.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable testing standards and company safety policies.
- Resolve site-level operational issues and report technical concerns to management.

Required Skills

- Experience in Civil Engineering, NDT, Geotechnical Investigation, or Field Testing Services.
- Knowledge of soil investigation, concrete testing, and site inspection procedures.
- Experience in handling field teams and managing multiple site activities.
- Knowledge of testing equipment, calibration records, and quality documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Relevant experience or certification in NDT, geotechnical investigation, or material testing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience as Field Manager, Field Service Engineer, Project Engineer – Civil, NDT Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Site Engineer, or QA/QC Engineer are encouraged to apply
