We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires solid analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow projections
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial data and processes




- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to management

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-14 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
