About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, and modern design practices. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, business requirements, and project objectives.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop user journeys and information architecture to improve the overall user experience.
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, colours, spacing, and layouts.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
- Review existing interfaces and identify opportunities to improve usability and accessibility.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centred design.
- Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to design challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

- A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong design fundamentals and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant UI/UX design experience will be preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, prototypes, and design work is highly desirable.
