As a Personal Banker - Inbound, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.

- Redress Customer needs pertaining to Cash, DDs, Cheque Deposits, General Information.
- Speed and Accuracy of Transaction.
- Exploitation of other business opportunities sensed.
- Providing quality of Experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth.
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.




- Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
- Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes.
- Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience to foster loyalty and referrals.

- Preferable 1-2 Years of Experience with BFSI
