We are looking for someone who is well-versed with the Service Now platform which supports IT Service Management to automate businessprocesses. As a Developer - Service Now, you will be designing, configuring,developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applicationsto enhance the platform. You will also manage the platform to ensure stabilityand implement architectural changes when necessary.

Youare all set to:

Design, develop, and implement solutions and othersupporting modules like ITSB, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM to address complex businessissues.

You are someone who:

Effectively working with stakeholders bothinternally and externally to the organisation.

Understand business requirements and implementtechnical requirements while working with standard design principles.

Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to producehigh-level and /or detailed design of requirements.

Estimating development effort for requirements.

Demonstrating experience working with workflows inone or more key areas of the Service Now platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM,Sec Ops)

Drive process optimisation, efficiencies andproductivity using automation.

Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues.

Develop and implement new Service Now applicationsand integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to thecustomer requirements.





Develop workflows and scripts to personalizeexisting Service Now applications and automate andimprove business processes.

Understand detailed requirements and own your codefrom design, implementation, test automation, and deliveryof high-quality solutions to our customers.

Design quality features and thinks about how theapplications and solutions will evolve in the future.

Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic andagile setting

Having a strong focus on code quality andreusability

Youbring in :

Minimum 3.5 years of Service Now Design and Development experience apart from support/admin.

Good to have any Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification or Application Developer Certification.

ITSM/ITBM/ITOM/Security Ops/GRC development experience(Good to have).

Hand on experience in Integration of third-partyAPIs - Primary skills: Service Now ITSM/GRC Dev engineer.

Must be CSA certified and great plus if certifiedas Implementation specialist.

Hands On Experience in Integration of APIs.

We prefer:

Minimum years of experience: 3 years in Service Nowdevelopment (Not administration).
