Role & responsibilities

- Define and implement the Dev Ops vision and strategy, including roadmap development, technology evaluation, and budget management, to achieve business goals.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing Dev Ops team, including performance reviews and recruitment.
- Design and implement scalable and secure Dev Ops solutions, including the implementation of new technologies and tools.
- Enforce coding standards and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Evaluate and select appropriate Dev Ops tools.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating Dev Ops initiatives, progress, and challenges.
- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, minimizing downtime. Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Focus on containerizing application stacks to ensure consistency across development, CI/CD, and production environments.
- AWS Security: Implementing and managing robust security measures within AWS cloud environment.
- Cost Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing cloud hosting costs to ensure efficiency.




- Alerting and Monitoring: Establishing and maintaining effective alerting and monitoring systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Technical Expertise:

- AWS: Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security best practices. Automation of Day to Day requirements.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Terraform and Ansible.
- Kubernetes & Containers: Hands-on experience with EKS, Docker, Helm, and container security. , and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Dev SecOps: Robust technical leadership in Dev Ops tools and practices, including version control systems (Git), build automation tools (Jenkins, Git Lab) and Security tools for SCA, SAST and DAST (Jfrog, checkmarx, Sonar Qube)
- Observability: APM tools, Centralised Logging (ELK, Open Telemetry, Coralogix) and Metrics tools.
- Networking: Strong Networking Concept with respect to Multi Account Architecture (Gateway Load Balancer, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC Flow)
- Linux & Windows Administration: Proficiency in managing Linux.
