About the Role
The HR Placement Officer will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate partners, arranging student placement drives, and preparing students for interviews and career opportunities. This role also involves coordinating with trainers to ensure students meet industry expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust corporate relations to secure placement opportunities for students. • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
• Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills development • Coordinate with trainers to assess student skill levels and readiness for placements
• Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for management




• Arrange guest lectures, industrial visits, and career counseling sessions
• Track industry trends and align training programs with market needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking ability with corporate HRs and recruiters
• Understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment processes
• Experience in student counseling and career guidance
• Good organizational and event management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR roles (preferably in education/training industry)
• Proven track record in securing placements for students/freshers
