Client Coordinator Intern – Job Description

We are looking for a Client Coordinator Intern to support customer communication and coordinate orders from inquiry to delivery. The intern will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution while gaining practical experience in client servicing and order management.

- Communicate with clients through calls, Whats App, and email.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product options.

- Assist in preparing quotations and sharing order details with clients.

- Coordinate with production, printing, embroidery, and dispatch teams.

- Follow up with clients regarding approvals, payments, and order updates.

- Maintain accurate client and order records.

- Assist in resolving basic client queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with existing clients and support repeat orders.

- Track order progress and help ensure timely completion and delivery.

- Maintain skilled relationships with clients.

- Update internal teams on client requirements and order changes.

- Learn and follow company processes for client coordination and order management.
