Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure work is completed as per the required quality, timelines, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labourers, and other site teams.

- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Manage labour and allocate work effectively.

- Track materials, site requirements, and overall site activities.

- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.

- Maintain regular communication with the project team and provide progress updates.

- Ensure proper safety,



cleanliness, and discipline at the site.

- Handle multiple sites when required.

Requirements

- Good people-management and communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and labour.

- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to get work completed as expected.

- Basic understanding of construction/interior execution processes.

- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

- Freshers with positive communication and management skills are welcome.
