Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Independently drive Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on.
- Actively engage on business development opportunities and RFIs/RFPs to win new business for Accenture
- Navigate through a dynamic environment and effectively lead multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Harness your extensive knowledge to co-create assets and accelerators that will help deliver work or bring in new work to Accenture.
- Empower your teams with the necessary strategies and tools to ensure high performance in their engagements
- Engage with senior management as part of go to market team and assists in sales and project delivery
- Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role: Demonstrable experience leading workstreams and owning client deliverables from an operational or change background, gained over 5+ years in the Life,



Pensions & Investments sector Hands-on business change and/or business architecture experience in the UK LP&I; market Ability to take responsibility for and lead the analysis and design of strategic business solutions Strong consulting and business acumen with extensive knowledge of LP&I; products and value chain Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle, including at C-Suite and C-1 level Proven track record of building strong, lasting business relationships with senior stakeholders Ability to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators Innovative and with a strong ability to articulate ideas, bringing them to life visually and presenting them to clients and stakeholders Good understanding of IT fundamentals and different categories of financial services systems Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Extremely thorough, inquisitive and hard-working behaviours with a genuine desire to improve outcomes for clients and consumers Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
