Job Description – Bodyshop Advisor

Company: Infinity Hyundai, Sambalpur
Department: Service – Bodyshop
Experience: 1–3 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers for accident repairs, denting, and painting services.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates and job cards.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals.
- Monitor bodyshop repair work and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians and spare parts departments.
- Update customers on repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Maintain insurance claim documents, billing, and daily reports.




- Achieve bodyshop revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of automobile bodyshop repairs and insurance claims.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
