- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements and complaints.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with customer concerns.
- Explain the required repairs, servicing, and maintenance to customers.
- Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer approval before starting work.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely service.
- Monitor repair progress and provide service updates to customers.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Explain the repair work completed and the final bill to customers.
- Maintain service records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
