Suganda Aroma Farms & Estates (SAFE) is seeking proactive and result-oriented Sales Organisers to build, guide, and manage a team of Sales Advisers for our real estate and farmland projects.

The Organiser will be responsible for recruiting and activating Advisers, providing sales guidance, monitoring team performance, supporting customer conversions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, build, and develop a team of Sales Advisers.
- Train and motivate team members to understand SAFE's projects and customer benefits.
- Help Advisers generate leads, conduct customer follow-ups, and arrange site visits.
- Support the team in converting prospective customers into bookings.
- Monitor Adviser activity, sales performance, and activation targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales updates to management.
- Maintain team discipline, customer relationship standards, and transparent communication.
- Work towards individual and team sales goals.

Eligibility & Skills

- Solid communication, leadership, and team management skills.




- Interest or experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or agriculture.
- Ability to recruit, motivate, and guide a sales team.
- Target-oriented approach with good planning and follow-up skills.
- Experienced candidates preferred; capable freshers with leadership potential may also apply.
