We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and student-oriented Student Support & Admission Officer to join our team at Visa Doctor Immigration Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, assisting with admission applications to international universities and colleges, coordinating with institutions, and providing ongoing support throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding international study opportunities, courses, universities, colleges, and admission requirements.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic profiles and career goals.
- Handle student admission applications, including document collection, verification, application submission, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and institutional representatives regarding applications, offers, and admission decisions.
- Assist students with offer letters, tuition fee deposits, admission confirmations, and other related formalities.
- Maintain accurate student records, application updates, and follow-up schedules.
- Provide timely updates to students and parents regarding admission progress and next steps.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure a smooth transition from admission to the visa application stage.
- Respond to student enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.




- Ensure professional communication, timely follow-ups, and a positive student experience.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in education, business, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of international education and university admission procedures.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
- A student-friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or the overseas education industry will be preferred.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in student admissions, counselling, or overseas education. Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
