Job Profile:
- Conduct regular classes as per the training schedule.
- Monitor daily attendance and maintain batch discipline.
- Oversee the learning progress and overall performance of the assigned batch of 35 candidates.
- Counsel candidates on placement opportunities provided by the organisation.
Candidate Eligibility:
- B.Sc. Nursing with at least 1.5 years of teaching experience, or GNM with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Positive counselling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and engage candidates effectively.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
