Job Description

Vinayak Supermarket is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily departmental store operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth business functioning.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain store standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock purchases.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or departmental store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and store operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience.
